Our clocks are sold “as is.” Except where prohibited by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. For manufacturing defects covered under our 1‑year warranty, contact support@timeoclocks.com; we will repair or replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Timeoclocks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the purchase price of the item giving rise to the claim.
